v Hydrophidian is a one-man, industrial/metal/experimental musical project. Created and maintained by Richard "Rico" Norris. Hydrophidian's first official album is a collection of instrumental, industrial rock songs which is gaining widespread attention and attracting fans who listen to the music in internet cafes, coffee houses and other venues throughout the United States.  Having begun playing his instrumental music at a local internet cafe, Rico signed his first autograph for a young Hydrophidian fan in Richardson, TX in 2005.  The Spasm album has a sound similar to Rammstein, but without any lyrical content.  Hydrophidian attempted for many years to add a vocalist to the band and find band members for performances without success, so finally decided to release his first instrumental album after pressure from adoring fans (like the one writing this) whose burnt demos were wearing out.
